摘　　要：警察自由裁量权的行使会提高执法效率,是我国法制建设的不可或缺的一项内容。但是警察自由裁量权的存在也会产生不利影响,严重损害了法制社会的进程。本文主张警察自由裁量权,肯定其权利行使的意义,归纳出权利行使的弊端,得出了这样的结论:对警察自由裁量权进行有效的控制。The exercise of police discretion will increase the efficiency of law enforcement, and it is an integral part of the contents of the legal system construction. But the presence of the police discretion also can produce adverse effect, and make serious damage to the progress of the rule of law society. This article affirms the meaning, sums up the defects of exercising police discretion and concludes the effective control of the police discretion.
