摘　　要：随着电力系统对语音、数据、视频等多种业务安全性及可靠性需求的不断扩展,电力通信也迫切需要将软交换技术引入行政交换网。从软交换技术在行政交换网中的应用优势出发,分析了宁夏电力软交换组网方案及其实现关键,并从提高系统可靠性和便于用户接入方面予以展望。With the continues expand of power system for voice, data, video and other business needs of security and reliability, power communication is also an urgent need to introduce softswitch technology into administrative exchange network. From the point of application advantages of softswitch technology in administrative exchange network, the Ningxia electric power softswitch networking solutions and implementation of key were analysed, and be prospected of improving system reliability and user-friendly access terms.
