摘 要:为了能够更加有效地了解大电力客户缴费信用情况,规避大电力客户电费回收风险,提出了一种新的大电力客户信用综合评价体系模型。根据指标体系的完备性、先导性、代表性和可操作性原则,从企业财务状况、企业合作信用两个方面出发建立了大电力客户信用综合评价指标体系,利用网络层次法确定综合评价体系中各指标的权重,并通过多级模糊综合评价模型对大电力客户信用进行具体的评价。最后以秦皇岛市某大电力客户为例进行了模型的仿真验证,得到了该企业的信用评价结果,并就结果给出了具体的控制欠费风险措施。In order to more effectively learn the situation of the payment credit of the large electricity customer and avoid the risk of tariff recovery, a new comprehensive assessment system of large electricity customer credit. According to principles of completeness, pilot, representative and operation , the paper constructs the credit comprehensive assessment system of large electricity customer credit from the financial condition and enterprise cooperation credit. Each index weight of the comprehensive evaluation system is determined by the network hierarchy process, and the specific evaluation of the large electricity customer is carried out by multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evalua- tion model. Finally, some large electricity customer is selected as evaluation object to simulate. The credit evaluation results of the enterprise and the specific measures of controlling the arrears risk is given.
