区域产业集群中小企业出口贸易的问题与对策--以重庆汽摩制造业为例

摘　　要：经济全球化极大地改变了世界经济格局和各国产业发展的环境。经济全球化通过国际分工提高了资源配置的效率。本课题以重庆汽摩产业群下中小企业为例,基于企业和行业的宏观管理层面来探讨产业集群下中小企业出口贸易的主要问题和因应对策。研究提出了以加强信息化建设和管理、从企业到行政管理机构双层管理为重点的一系列应对策略,以有效解决产业集群出口贸易相关问题,提升整个产业群出口贸易的综合竞争力,还可系统提升产业集群中小企业自身到行业的立体管理水平,推进整个集群产业结构调整和升级。Economic globalization has greatly changed the world＇s economic map and also the economic environment in different countries. Economic globalization has also improved the efficiency of resources configuration through international division of labor. This paper, based on management of businesses and superior management of businesses, discusses problems faced by small and medium businesses under industry cluster in their export sector through case study of Chongqing auto and motorcycle industry cluster. This paper has also advanced a series of strategies focused on informatization construction and management and doubleleveled management improvement of business internal management and relevant governmental superior management to efficiently resolve the problems in export business, enhance the comprehensive export competence in the whole industry cluster, systemically improve management of cluster industry and push forward its structural transformation and upgrading.
