建设职务犯罪侦查情报信息系统的几点思考

摘　　要：职务犯罪不同于普通的刑事犯罪,具有犯罪主体特殊性、作案手段隐蔽性、犯罪双方互利性等特点,决定了职务犯罪不易被发现,即使有相关举报也因不够具体难以成案,查办职务犯罪更加需要情报信息作为支撑。建立情报信息系统,依托信息化引导侦查,可以提升发现、查证、指控犯罪的能力,确保依法、及时、准确和规范地打击职务犯罪。The crime related to the duty is different from the common criminal crime, having the characteristics of special main body, hidden criminal means, win-win for the two criminal sides and so on, which means that the duty-related crime cannot be found easily, and even with the related report the case can＇t be registered. As a result, to investigate the duty crime asks for the intelligent information as the support. To construct the information investigation system based on the informatization can provide guidance for the investigation, and help to improve the level of discovering, investigating and charging crime, in order to fight the duty crime legally, precisely, standardly and just in time.
