摘 要:目的:研究脑健片对麻醉犬脑血流量及脑血管阻力的影响。方法:将20只麻醉犬随机分为脑健片组、补阳还五汤组、西药组和空白组,每组5只。给药后不同时间点分别记录和比较颈内动脉血流量、血压、心电图、心率的变化,并计算脑血管阻力的变化。结果:脑健片在一定程度上可以增加脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力。在给药后30 min,脑健片组麻醉犬脑部血流量高于空白组,脑血管阻力低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);脑健片组犬脑部血流量、脑血管阻力与给药前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑健片能够显著增加麻醉犬脑血流量,降低脑血管阻力,具有改善脑部血液循环的作用。Objactive:To observe the effects of Naojianpian on cerebral blood flow (EBF) and cerebral vessel resistance (CVR) in anesthetized dogs. Methods: The 20 anesthetized dogs were randomly divided into Naojianpian group, Buyanghuanwu decoction (补阳还五汤) group, western medicine group and blank group,5 dogs in each. The internal carotid artery flow, blood pressure, electrocardiogram and heart, rates of the dogs were determined a different time after administration. Results: Naojianpian can increase the dogs' cerebral blood flow and reduco oorebraL vessel resistance. After 30 minutes, uaojianpian group showed higher cerebral blood flow than the blank group, as well as lower cerebral vascu!ar resistance than the blank group,with statistical difference (P〈005);Compared with the anesthetizde dogs before administration, there was statistical difference on cerebral blood flow and cerebral vascular resistance in Naojianpian group, after administration(P〈0.05), Eonclusion: Naojianpian can improve cerebral blood circulation, reduce cerebral vascular rosistance in anesthetizde dogs, with the effect of improving the blood circulation in the brain.
