摘　　要：目的:对藏药二十五味儿茶膏皮肤用药的安全性进行探讨。方法:通过对SD大鼠皮肤急性毒性实验、皮肤刺激性实验以及皮肤过敏性实验,观察藏药二十五味儿茶膏对动物经皮用药的急性毒性、刺激性以及过敏性。结果:藏药二十五味儿茶膏均未对大鼠完整皮肤及破损皮肤引起急性毒性反应,未引起大鼠皮肤刺激反应、过敏反应。结论:藏药二十五味儿茶膏临床皮肤用药安全、无毒。Objective： To discuss the safety of dermatologic using of Tibetan Drug Ershiwuwei Erchagao. Methods： To observer the acute toxicity, irritation and hypersensitivity of Tibetan Drug Ershiwuwei Erchagao used on animal skin by the SD rats skin acute toxicity, irritant and hypersensitivity experiment. Results： Tibetan Drug Ershiwuwei Erchagao showed no acute toxicity on both healthy and destoryed skin, and there was also no irritant and hypersensitivity. Conclusion： Tibetan Drug Ershiwuwei Erchagao is safe and nontoxic in clinical medication.
