摘　　要：目的:观察动物皮肤接触藜芦猪油脂涂剂的急性毒性及皮肤过敏反应,为临床用药安全提供实验依据。方法:采用动物皮肤过敏试验、皮肤急性毒性试验对藜芦猪油脂制剂进行安全性评价。结果:未见动物发生红斑、水肿等过敏反应及急性毒性反应发生。结论:实验结果表明,藜芦猪油涂剂无过敏性,毒性小,具有良好的皮肤用药安全性。Objective： To study the acute toxicity and hypersensibility of Veratrum nigrum Lard embrocation so as to provide references for clinical application. Methods： Acute toxicity test, skin irritation test and skin allergy test were performed to evaluate its safety. Results： There were no obvious erythema and edema response after the damaged skin had contact with Veratrum nigrum Lard preparation. Conclusion： Veratrum nigrum Lard embrocation showed low acute toxicity and no hypersensibility; it is a safe skin preparation for external use.
