摘　　要：总结归纳了栀子苷干预缺血性脑卒中的文献及机制研究,主要从栀子的效用钩玄、栀子的化学成分及栀子苷的抗炎、脑微血管内皮细胞保护、抗凋亡、抗氧化应激和抗血小板聚集作用等方面进行探讨。为中药栀子对缺血性脑卒中的治疗作用提供相应的理论依据。The paper summarizes the literature and mechanism study of ischemic stroke by geniposide, mainly on the key effect and chemical composition of Zhizi （Gardenia）, as well as the effect of anti-inflammation, cerebral microvascular endothelial cell protection, anti apoptosis, anti oxidative stress and anti-platelet aggregation; this paper provide theoretical basis for treatment of ischemic stroke by geniposide.
