摘　　要：张士卿教授根据小儿生理病理特点,结合多年临床经验,认为小儿鼻渊多属胆经郁热,以清泄胆热、宣通鼻窍为治则,以取渊汤加减治疗,临床疗效显著。并附典型案例1则,以资验证。Professor ZHANG Shiqing, from the physiological and pathological characteristics of children, as well as years of clinical experience, thinks that nasosinusitis is mainly due to heat stagnation gallbladder collateral channel,so clearing the heat is the main treatment principle, and modified Quyuan Tang is often used with remarkable clinical curative effect, with a typical case for reference.
