摘　　要：从初生儿疾病、儿科常见传染病以及中医儿科优势病种3个方面对近35年(1977—2011)中医儿科临床医学的研究进展予以简要评述,以期为中医儿科学的发展提供借鉴。Clinical research progress in pediatrics of TCM in recent 35 years （1977--2011 ） was reviewed from newborn baby disease, pediatric common infectious diseases and advantage disease in pediatrics of TCM, in order to provide reference for the development of pediatrics of TCM.
