止泻散敷脐治疗小儿功能性腹泻的疗效观察及护理措施

摘　　要：目的观察止泻散敷脐治疗小儿功能性腹泻的疗效和护理措施。方法将106例功能性腹泻患儿随机分为治疗组55例和对照组51例,2组均给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊进行基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予止泻散敷脐治疗,对照组予蒙脱石散口服治疗,并给予相应的护理方法,1周为1个疗程,2个疗程后,观察2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为94.54%和86.28%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论止泻散敷脐及中医辨证施护治疗小儿功能性腹泻疗效显著,患儿依从性高,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect and nursing measures of Zhixie San applied on the umbilicus in treating children with functional diarrhea. Methods i06 patients with functional diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group （55 cases ） and control group （51 cases ）. Both groups were given Triple Viable Bifidobacterium Capsule, the treatment group was additionally given Zhixie San applied on the umbilicus, and con- trol group was given Smecta, corresponding nursing measures were taken to 2 groups, 1 weeks for a course of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the clinical effect of the 2 groups were analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 94.54% and 86.28% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Zhixie San applied on the umbilicus and TCM nursing has good effect in treat children with functional diarrhea, with high compliance, worthy of clinical application.
