摘　　要：所有称重或测力系统中的传感器都有自己的额定容量,但使用的过程中难免会遇到意外过载的情况。为避免过载意外对传感器的破坏,传感器的过载保护设定是必不可少的。针对这一问题,设计了一台多容量传感器过载保护设定机,可以方便地对传感器进行过载保护设定。它不仅适用于较宽范围内不同容量的传感器,也适用于拉式和压式的不同结构的传感器。All of the load cells in the weighing or force measuring system has its own rated capacity, but accidental overload is unavoidable in actual use. In order to avoid accidental overload damaging the load cells, the overload protection setting for load cells is essential. An overload protection setting machine for multicapacity load cells is designed to set overload protection conveniently. The machine is not only applied to the load cells with a wide range of different rated capacity, but also applied to tension and pressure load cells with different structures.
