摘　　要：我国农村人口众多,农宅普遍存在能耗大,室内舒适性差等问题。为缓解农村能源压力,提高村镇住宅建设品质,以山东地区为例,在对目前农宅应用现状调研分析的基础上,通过工程设计实践,探讨提出适宜于寒冷地区村镇住宅的被动式技术应用设计策略,为我国村镇建设合理利用被动式技术提供理论依据和技术支持。There are many rural areas in China, and the energy consumption is very large, the indoor environment is not comfortable. In order to alleviate the pressure of energy consumption and to improve the quality of the rural residential construction, this paper, based on the analysis of current rural residential, takes Shandong Province as an example and proposes the application strategy of passive technology in new rural residential in cold regions and provides a theoretical basis and technical support for new rural residential construction.
