摘  要:将纳米La_2O_3/聚苯胺复合物填加在环氧树脂防腐涂料中,涂在光亮的低碳钢试样上;将涂层试样浸泡在1 mol/L HCl溶液中,测试其极化曲线和交流阻抗。实验结果表明,试样在HCl溶液中浸泡时,极化电阻和涂层电阻均随浸泡时间的延长而逐渐降低。当La_2O_3∶An=25∶1时,涂层的极化电阻和涂层电阻最大,电容值最小且变化不大,腐蚀电流密度最小;涂层的屏蔽性能、耐渗透性能和对金属试样的防护性能最好。The nano- La2O3/polyaniline composites were added to epoxy anti -corrosion coatings and coated on bright low carbon steel specimen. The corrosion resistance of the composite coating was analyzed by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in 1 mol/L HCI solution. The experimental results showed that, when the sample im- mersed in HC1 solution, polarization resistance and coating resistance increased with immersion time decreasing. When the La203: An = 25: 1, the polarization resistance of coatings and coating resistance are the maximum, and the capacitance value is the smallest and not changing much, and the corrosion current density is the minimum. The shielding performance and per- meability resistance of the coating is the best, and the protective properties of the metal specimen is the best too.
