摘  要:义乌市第一污水处理厂再生水利用工程设计总产水规模为3×104m3/d,近期产水规模为1×104m3/d,以第一污水处理厂出水作为再生水水源,采用超滤-反渗透处理工艺生产优质再生水,直接供给印染类企业工艺生产用水及景观环境用水。本文主要介绍了再生水厂的生产工艺流程、主要工艺参数及工程经济分析等。结果表明,超滤-反渗透工艺技术合理,产水水质能够达到企业的用水要求,相对于工业自来水价格具有一定优势,可以替代传统工业用水水源,节约淡水资源。The ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis process were applied in the wastewater reuse engineering of the First Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yiwu City with a total scale of 3 ×10^4m^3/d and the recent scale of 1 ×10^4m^3/d. The reclaimed water would be reused in printing and dyeing enterprise and also would be reused in the landscape waters. The treatment process, main parameters and engineering economic analysis were introduced. The results showed that the treatment process was reasonable, the reclaimed water quality could meet the requirement of enterprises and had advantage in price relative to the industrial water. The reclaimed water could substitute for the traditional industrial water supply to conserve water source.
