摘　　要：重评《组织部新来的青年人》,应深入到对官僚主义的理论认知和文学书写。小说描写的形象所显示的意义远远超过了作者王蒙的创作意图和思想水平。中心人物刘世吾并非王蒙主观上要反对的官僚主义者,实际上是一个十分优秀的领导干部。对韩常新和刘世吾这两个新旧副部长及其关系的真实描写,其深层的典型意义不在人物性格本身,而在他们身处其中的官僚体制。小说的现实主义超越了作者的思想水平而取得了意外的成功。Reevaluation of A New Young Man in the Organization Department should focus on the theory of bureaucracy and literature. The significance of the image depicted in the novel is beyond Wang Meng＇s intention. Liu Shiwu, the protagonist, is not a bureaucrat that Wang Meng subjectively opposed to, but in fact, is a very good leading cadre. The significance of the true-to-life description of the new and old deputy ministers and their relations lies not in character, but in the bureaucratic system in which they live. The realism of the novel transcends the author＇s thought and has made an unexpected success.
