摘　　要：目的探讨220例ABO血型正反定型不符的原因及解决策略。方法采用全自动血型仪检测出220例ABO血型正反定型不符标本。采用血型鉴定试管法、吸收放散实验、唾液血型物质检测、抗体筛选等多种方法辅助进行ABO血型的正确判断。结果各种原因引起的ABO血型正反定型不符的220例患者中,最常见的原因是患者抗体减弱,其余依次是不规则冷抗体干扰,抗体丢失,冷自身抗体干扰,血浆蛋白凝集干扰,血型抗原减弱,血型抗原与抗体变异,输异型血。结论可以根据ABO血型正反定型不符的结果选择相应的方法进行正确的血型鉴定,以保障患者临床输血安全。Objective Analysis of the various causes of 220 cases of patients with ABO blood group positive and negative definite dis-crepancies and the solution strategy. Methods Random with full-automatic blood was detected ABO blood group decided not to con-form to a total of 220 specimens. Correct judgment by test tube method,identification of blood type ABO blood type was absorption elu-tion test,salivary blood group substance detection,antibody screening methods such as auxiliary. Results Positive and negative ABO blood type of various causes of fixed inconsistent in 220 cases,the most common reason was antibody in patients with weakened,fol-lowed by irregular cold antibody antibody interference,lost,cold autoantibody interference,plasma protein aggregation interference,at-tenuated antigen blood group, blood group antigen and antibody variation, transmission and heterotypic. Conclusion Can be blood group identification right according to select the appropriate method of ABO blood group identification of abnormal results,guarantee the safety of clinical blood transfusion patients.
