健康体检人群腰身指数与血清尿酸关系

摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检人群腰身指数（WHtR）与血清尿酸（UA）的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2015年6月间在解放军202医院健康管理中心进行健康体检且资料完整的调查对象14863例,并根据年龄分成3组。采用Student-NewmanKeuls法两两比较3组间UA水平。结果 13~39岁组与40~59岁组、≥60岁组比较的q界值分别为3.40、2.83,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;40~59岁组与≥60岁组比较的q界值为2.83,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。各年龄组WHtR≥0.5者的UA水平明显高于WHtR〈0.5者,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 WHtR与UA之间关系密切,是高尿酸血症的良好预测因子。Objective To discuss the relationship between waist-height ratio （ WHtR ） and uric acid （ UA ） in healthy check-up crowd. Methods A total of 14863 patients were enrolled in this study between January 2015 and June 2015 in our hospital health management center,and all cases were divided into three groups according to age. A comparative study was based on the Student-New-man-Keuls method,which was performed between each two levels of UA among three groups. Results When compared to the young group,the q values for the middle-aged group and older-aged group were 3. 40 and 2. 83,respectively （P〈0. 05）. While,the q value between the middle-aged group and older-aged group was 2. 83 （P〉0. 05）. For all age groups,UA levels were all higher in WHtR≥0. 5 cases,when compared to WHtR〈0. 5 cases （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion There is an intimate relationship between WHtR and UA, and WHtR can be a predictability factor for hyperuricemia.
