摘　　要：目的：探讨同时分析测定妇炎康复片中4个生物碱成分（槐定碱、苦参碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱）的方法。方法色谱柱为安捷伦 ZORBAX SB-C18（4.6×250 mm，5μm）；以0.05 mo1/ L 磷酸二氢钾（用磷酸调节 pH =3.0）水溶液为流动相 A，乙腈为流动相 B，梯度洗脱（0~5 min，5% B；5~30 min，5% B 至30% B；30~50 min，30% B）；柱温35℃；检测波长0~25 min、220 nm（测定槐定碱和苦参碱），25~50 min、270 nm（测定盐酸巴马汀和盐酸小檗碱）；进样量5μ1。结果槐定碱、苦参碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱的线性范围分别为20.32~406.4μg（r =0.9997）、20.11~402.2μg（r =0.9998）、10.43~20.86μg（r =0.9996）、20.35~407.0μg（r =0.9995），平均加样回收率（n =6）分别为97.3%、98.0%、97.2%和97.6%，RSD分别为1.4%、0.78%、1.3%和1.5%。结论该方法简便准确，为评价和监控妇炎康复片的质量提供了可靠的方法。Objective To estab1ish a method for simu1taneous determination of four a1ka1oids（Sophoridine,Matrine,Pa1matine Hydro-ch1oride,Berberine Hydroch1oride）in Fuyankangfu tab1ets. Methods The determination was carried out with Agi1ent ZORBAX SB-C18（4. 6 × 250 mm,5 μm）;The mobi1e phase consisted of 0. 05 mo1/ L monopotassium phosphate（adjusted pH to 3. 0 by phosphoric acid）（A）- acetonitri1e（B）with gradient e1ution at a f1ow rate of 1. 0 m1/ min（0 ~ 5 min,5% B;5 ~ 30 min,5% B to 30% B;30 ~ 50 min,30% B）;The co1umn temperature was set at 35 ℃;The detection wave1engths were 220 nm in 0 ~ 25 min（determination of So-phoridine and Matrine）and 270 nm in 25 ~ 50 min（determination of Pa1matine Hydroch1oride and Berberine Hydroch1oride）. Results The ca1ibration curves were 1inear in the ranges of 20. 32 ~ 406. 4 μg for Sophoridine（r = 0. 9997）,20. 11 ~ 402. 2μg for Matrine （r = 0. 9998）,10. 43-20. 86μg for Pa1matine Hydroch1oride（ r = 0. 9996）,20. 35-407. 0 μg for Berberine Hydroch1oride（ r =0. 9995）. The average recoveries（n = 6）were 97. 3% ,98. 0% ,97. 2% and 97. 6% ;RSDs were 1. 4% ,0. 78% ,1. 3% and 1. 5% , respective1y. Conclusion The method is simp1e and accurate,which can be app1ied to the qua1ity contro1 of Fuyan Kangfu tab1ets.
