摘　　要：目的评估Firebird2^(TM)雷帕霉素洗脱钴基合金支架治疗复杂冠脉病变的有效性与安全性。方法选取110例符合行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗指征患者,体内植入支架均为Firebird2^(TM)药物支架。通过电话或门诊随访,观察患者术后30 d及6、12、24、36、48、60个月心绞痛发生情况及主要不良心脏事件发生时间及发生率、出院后发生的任何介入治疗。结果 Firebird2^(TM)雷帕霉素洗脱钴基合金支架植入手术成功率100%,5年累计主要不良心血管事件(MACE)发生率6.3%,与支架相关MACE发生率2.7%,血栓发生率0.9%。结论 Firebird2^(TM)雷帕霉素洗脱钴基合金支架治疗复杂冠脉病变的心脏不良事件发生率低,疗效可靠、安全。Objective To exp1ore the efficacy and safety of Firebird2TM rapamycin e1uting stent on the treatment of comp1ex coronary crtery. Methods A tota1 of 110 patients with indications were enro11ed in this study,and Firebird2TM stents were imp1anted via percu-taneous coronary intervention in a11 cases. By te1ephone or c1inic visit,fo11ow-up study was performed for 30 days,and 6,12,24,36,48, 60 months,to observe the condition of angina and incidence of interventiona1 therapy. Results The success rate of operation was 100. 0% ,and incidence of major adverse cardiovascu1ar events（MACE）at 5 years was 6. 3% ,postoperative1y. The rate that connect-ed with Firebird2TM was 2. 7% ,and the rate of thrombus was 0. 9% . Conclusion The incidence of MACE for the treatment of com-p1ex coronary artery via Firebird2TM rapamycin e1uting stent is 1ow,and the efficacy of the therapy is re1iab1e and safe.
