摘　　要：目的探讨颞部眼轮匝肌修复下睑周皮肤缺损的方法和疗效。方法应用颞部眼轮匝肌穿支皮瓣,自2012年6月至2015年7月修复下睑皮肤缺损12例。结果本组患者共12例,随访1年,皮瓣无坏死及血运障碍,效果满意。结论眼轮匝肌穿支皮瓣修复下睑周皮肤缺损,具有血运丰富、转移灵活、供区隐蔽、瘢痕轻的优点,值得临床推广。Objective To exp1ore the methods and effect of tempora1 orbicu1aris ocu1i perforator f1aps transp1antation for the repair of soft tissue defects of 1ower eye1ids. Methods A tota1 of 12 cases with soft tissue defects of 1ower eye1ids were receieved in our depart-ment from June 2012 to Ju1y 2015,and a11 defects were repaired with tempora1 orbicu1aris ocu1i perforator f1aps. Results After 1 year fo11ow-up,a11 f1aps in 12 cases survived we11 without necrosis or b1ood f1ow prob1ems. Conclusion Satisfied outcome cou1d be obtained for the repair and reconstruction of soft tissue defects of 1ower eye1ids via tempora1 orbicu1aris ocu1i perforator f1ap,which has such ad-vantages as abundant b1ood supp1y,easy to transfer,covert donor supp1y and s1ight scar. It is worth to spread in c1inic.
