摘  要:臭氧在食品杀菌消毒等方面有广阔的应用前景。为研究影响臭氧体积分数及产率的影响因素,采用旋转电极介质阻挡放电制备臭氧,给出转速、流量和电压对臭氧体积分数、产量及产率的试验结果,并采用正交实验对各影响因素显著性进行了分析。结果发现:在电压较低时,转速增加,臭氧体积分数和产率提高;流量增加,臭氧体积分数降低,产率增加。这说明电极旋转使等离子体与空气充分混合在一定程度上可以提高臭氧产率。电压增加使臭氧体积分数提高,但臭氧产率先增加后减小。正交实验结果发现,电压对臭氧体积分数有显著影响,而流量对臭氧产量有显著影响。这对提高臭氧制备产率有指导作用。Ozone has broad prospects in food sterilization and so on. To investigate the impacts of the yield and con- centration of ozone, the dielectric barrier discharge with rotating electrode was prepared to study the effects of the speed, gas flow and voltage on the ozone concentration, ozone yield and ozone production. Moreover, each significant factors were analyzed using orthogonal tests. The results show that, at a lower voltage, the ozone concentration increases when the speed increases; the ozone concentration decreases and the yield increases when the flow rate increases, suggesting that the electrode rotation mixing the air and the plasma can improve the ozone yield to a certain extent. Ozone concentra- tion increases with the voltage increasing, while the ozone production decreases. Orthogona1 experiment results show that the voltage has a significant impact on t ozone concentration, and flow rate has a significant impact on the ozone yield. This will present a good guidance to improve the yield of ozone production.
