摘 要:当架空输电线路遭受雷击而发生冲击闪络时,线路上安装的灭弧防雷间隙装置能够有效地保护绝缘子串免受工频电弧的烧蚀,同时能够在雷电冲击电流击穿间隙后深度抑制工频电弧。为了研究其灭弧效果,首先建立了该装置的气流控制方程组,运用ANSYS10.0软件对流体进行了气流场仿真;然后利用高速摄像机拍摄了电弧的发展过程,通过数字示波器记录了电弧电压波形,对灭弧防雷间隙的灭弧效果进行了试验验证;最后进一步探讨了不同故障电弧电流值下灭弧效果和气流速度的关系。仿真结果与试验结果表明:2.3 ms时刻高速气流速度最大且稳定地作用于电弧;试验得出气流熄灭电弧的时间为3.8 ms,一致说明该装置能快速熄灭电弧;气流速度越大,灭弧防雷间隙的灭弧效果就越好。When overhead transmission lines lightning and impulse flashover occur, the arc-extinguishing lightning protection gap installed on lines can effectively protect insulator strings against being burnt by power frequency electric arc,while the gap broken down by lightning surge current can suppress frequency current deeply.In order to study its arc-extinguishing effectiveness, firstly, we established flow equations by using ANSYS10.0 fluid modeling software analysis fluid flow field simulation,and verified the arc-extinguishing effectiveness of arc-extinguishing lightning protection gap.Then, using high-speed cameras screen the development process of arc, we recorded arc voltage waveforms by a digital oscilloscope.Finally, we discussed the relationship between arc-extinguishing effectiveness and airflow velocity under the different fault arc current values.The simulation results and experimental results show that the high-speed airflow velocity is the largest in 2.3 ms and acts on arc steadily.Conclusions can be drawn that airflow extinguish arc's time is 3.8 ms, the device can quickly extinguish arc under high speed airflow, and the greater the airflow velocity, the greater arc-extinguishing effectiveness of arc-extinguishing lightning protection gap will be.
