摘  要:对1,1,1,4,4,4-六氟-2-丁烯(HFO-1336mzz)的中国专利进行了统计与分析,并重点研究了HFO-1336mzz的制备和应用专利。结果表明,杜邦公司专利的申请量占了大半,霍尼韦尔次之;中国专利占全球专利量的43%,但国内企业仅有7家,只占总申请量的10.5%,跨国大公司高度垄断;按制备原料来分,有10条制备HFO-1336mzz路线;应用专利主要为组合物专利,其次为制冷系统和设备,发泡剂、泡沫等为第3大应用。国内企业在HFO-1336mzz研究上起步较晚,应加大研究力度,规避各跨国大公司的知识产权壁垒,着重于开发经济可行的适于工业化生产的HFO-1336mzz制备方法。In this paper,statistics and analysis of 1.1,1,4,4,4-hexafluoro-2-butene(HFO-1336mzz) patents in China were introduced,and focused on the preparation and application patents.The results showed that the application quantity of dupont patent accounted for more than half,the application quantity of honeywell patent was second largest;China patent accounted for 43%of global patent quantity,but domestic enterprises was only seven,whose patent accounted for only 10.5%,from patent multinational corporations had highly monopoly;according to the raw materials,there are 10 preparation route of HFO-1336mzz;main application patents were combination patents,the second were refrigeration systems and equipment,foaming agent and foam were the third application.Domestic enterprises began research on HFO-1336 mzz relatively late,so should intensify their research efforts and avoid intellectual property rights barriers from all the multinational corporations,focus on the development of economic and feasible preparation method which is suitable for industrialized production of HFO-1336 mzz.
