摘 要:采用化学液相硅沉积方法制备了不同聚硅氧烷修饰剂改性的HZSM-5分子筛,考察了氧化硅沉积改性对HZSM-5上乙苯脱烷基催化反应的影响。虽然硅沉积改性使HZSM-5的乙苯转化率略有下降,但二甲苯损失率大幅度降低。分别通过物化表征与反应评价,比较了2种聚硅氧烷修饰改性HZSM-5的催化性能,发现硅氧烷种类及其分解中间产物的分子大小是影响改性效果的重要因素,且采用苯甲基硅油重复3次改性后的HZSM-5具有最佳的催化反应产物选择性与乙苯转化率。HZSM-5 molecular sieve were prepared by chemical liquid silicon deposition method with different polysiloxane modifiers,and investigated the effect of silicon oxide deposition modification on catalytic reaction of ethyl benzene dealkylation on HZSM-5.After silicon deposition modification,the conversion of ethyl benzene declined slightly while xylene loss dropped rapidly.The effect of catalytic properties of HZSM-5 modified by two kinds of polysiloxane was investigated respectively through physical and chemical characterization and response evaluation.The result revealed that the siloxane type and molecular sizes of decomposition intermediate was the main factors influencing the modification effect.In comparison,HZSM-5 modified by polyphenylmethylsiloxane for three times showed the best catalytic selectivity and conversion of ethylbenzene.
