摘　　要：目的观察国产水痘减毒活疫苗（水痘疫苗）在初次免疫不同间隔期后加强免疫的免疫原性。方法选择年龄在1~7岁的儿童初免后1、3、5年接种第2剂水痘疫苗,接种时和接种后35~42天采集静脉血,采用膜免疫荧光法（FAMA）检测血清水痘抗体,观察加强免疫后抗体水平变化。结果加强免疫后抗体水平比加强免疫前显著升高。初免后1、3、5年时加强免疫后血清抗体阳转率均为100%;抗体几何平均滴度（GMT）分别为1∶84.82、1∶40.65、1∶47.03,比加强免疫前GMT分别增长5.75、5.32、5.91倍;抗体≥4倍增长比例分别为42.53%、59.09%、72.22%。结论国产水痘疫苗加强免疫后具有良好的免疫原性,结合当前的水痘流行病学特征,加强免疫在初免后3年为最佳时段。Objective To evaluate the immunogenicity of the booster immunization of Chinese varicella attenuated live vaccine （VarV）. Methods 265 children aged 1-7 years were vaccinated with the sec- ond dose of VarV at 1, 3 and 5 years after the primary immunization. Antibody against varicella was test- ed through Fluorescent Antibody to Membrane Antigen （FAMA） assay, and to observe the changes of antibody level after booster immunization. Result The antibody levels in subjects after booster immunization were significantly higher than before. For the booster immunization at 1, 3 and 5 years after the pri- mary immunization, the positive conversion rates were all 100% ; the geometric mean titers （GMT） were 1： 84. 82, 1：40.65 and 1 ： 47.03, respectively, with an increase of 5.75, 5.32 and 5.91 fold than before the booster; and the proportion of antibody titer increasing by ≥4 fold than before the booster were 42.53%, 59.09% and 72.22%, respectively. Conelusion The booster immunization of Chinese VarV had good immunogenieity. The best time for the booster may be at 3 years after the primary immuni- zation, based on the booster effect and the current epidemiology of varicella.
