生理海水辅助鼻用激素治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻用激素联合生理性海水鼻腔护理与单纯使用鼻用激素,在治疗常年性变应性鼻炎中的疗效对比。方法将常年性变应性鼻炎患者120例随机分为联合组(生理性海水联合鼻用激素)和对照组(单独使用鼻用激素),通过用药前后各症状和总体症状的VAS评分数值的变化,来观察两组患者效果的差别。结果两组在性别、平均年龄、病情严重程度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。对两组治疗前后症状差值进行分析比较发现,治疗后1个月,联合组的症状改善明显优于对照组,两组之间症状的改变有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论生理性海水鼻腔冲洗作为常年性变应性鼻炎的一种辅助治疗方法,能有效缩短病程,疗效确切,操作简便、安全、具有广泛的临床应用前景。Objective Comparison of curative effect in treating perennial allergic rhinitis （PAR） by using nasal steroids only or using nasal steroids combined with physiological seawater. Methods 120 PAR patients were divided into the combined group（using nasal steroids combined with physiological seawater ） and the control group （using nasal steroids only）. Using VAS to assess the symptoms of the patients before and after treatment. Results There were no statistically significant differences in sex, age and symptom severity between the two groups （P〉0.05）. After one month＇s treatment, the symptoms of the combined group improved significantly compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Physiological seawater as an adjuvant therapy was effective, easy, safe and could shorten the course of disease, which would have a great prospect of clinical application
