摘 要:本文研究了制焦温度对加钙煤焦结构及其水蒸气气化反应性能的影响。在不同热解温度下(700℃,900℃和1100℃)对酸洗煤样添加5%的氧化钙样品进行热解炼焦。对煤焦采用FTIR和XPS技术进行结构表征,同时在固定床微-反色谱装置上进行水蒸气气化试验。红外光谱结果表明,煤焦的-OH和C-C官能团随着热解温度的升高而减少。XPS分析说明,在更高热解温度下煤焦更容易形成空位缺陷。随着热解温度的升高,C*-C*含量从3.58%增大到4.49%,而C-C/C-H(芳香族和脂肪族上的碳)从74.87%下降到63.96%。添钙煤焦的气化反应性随着制焦温度的提高而增大。发现添钙煤焦的气化反应性能与在热解过程中受温度影响的煤焦结构有着密切的联系。The effect of pyrolysis temperature on the calcium--added char structure and its steam gasification reactivity was studied in the present paper. Acid--washing coal samples were loaded with 5 calcium oxide and then pyrolyzed at different temperature(700 ℃, 900 ℃ and 1100 ℃). FTIR spec- troscopy and X--ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure of char. Mean- while, the char gasified with steam in a micro fixed--bed reactor. The results of FTIR suggested that the --OH and C--C functional groups of chars decreased with the rise of pyrolysis temperature. XPS analysis showed that the vacancy defects (C* --C* ) are more easily formed in chars at higher pyrolysis temperature. With the increase of pyrolysis temperature, C*--C* increase from 3.58 % to 4.49 % and C--C/C--H (aromatic carbon and aliphatic carbon) reduced from 74.87% to 63.96 %, respec- tively. Calcium--added char gasification reaetivities were found to increase with increasing pyrolysis temperature. The difference in the gasification reactivities of calcium--added chars was found to corre- late well with the effect of temperature on the pyrolysis process in the calcium--added char structure.
