摘　　要：主要利用本地时钟对单路外来载荷输入时钟频率通过3项计数法(即高电平计数、低电平计数以及高低电平计数和)实时进行检测,从而实现对该路载荷同步数据的自主识别。This paper reveals that the single input clock frequency of outer-payloads used by local clock with the method of three-term algorithms（ high voltage count, low voltage count and sum of high/low voltage count）can been detected in real time, thereby achieving active detection of payload data.
