摘　　要：文章介绍了一种新型X波段模拟调相器,其利用Lange耦合器极大的减小了重量、体积,线性度随温度的变化也大为减小。This paper introduces a new analog phase modulator for X band. The Lange coupler can been used to reduce the weight, volume in this modulation. And its linearity change with temperature also greatly decreases.
