福建高校赴台交换生人才培养对接机制探析——以福建5所高校赴台交换生为例

摘　　要：通过对福建农林大学、福州大学、福建师范大学、福建工程学院及闽江学院5所高等院校的调查,从个人、学校和社会层面剖析了福建高校赴台交换生在学习和生活中面临的障碍,并分别从福建高校和台湾高校的角度提出了相应的对策建议——福建高校应构建赴台交换生长效管理机制、加强前期宣传教育、健全赴台交换信息共享平台、完善赴台交换信息反馈平台等,以及台湾高校应促进两地学生融合、加强对交换生的学业指导、培训随行教师和管理人员等。Based on the survey on exchange students to Taiwan from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Fuzhou University, Fujian Normal University, Fujian University of Technology and Minjiang University, the prob lems faced in the exchange students＇ study and life were analyzed from the individual, school, and social perspectives. Then, the corresponding countermeasures were respectively put forward from the perspectives of universities in Fujian and Taiwan. It was thought that the universities in Fujian should establish long-term effective management mecha- nisms for exchange students to Taiwan, strength the pre-exchange publicity and education, improve the exchanging information sharing platform and feedback platform, etc. Meanwhile, the universities in Taiwan should promote the integration of students in Fujian and Taiwan, strengthen the academic guidance for exchange students, provide trainings for the accompanying faculty and staffs, etc.
