基于问卷调查的农户林地流转意愿影响因素实证分析

摘　　要：以集体林权制度改革后福建宁化县114户林农的抽样调查数据为基础,运用二分类Logistic回归模型,定量分析了影响农户林地流转行为选择的主要因素,并分别对其影响方向和影响程度作了具体分析。结果表明农户林权流转意愿的影响因素包括农户内部因素及农户外部因素。基于此,提出了鼓励村集体建立林业生产合作社、鼓励涉林企业与农户合作经营、加大对林权交易市场的建设与宣传力度、村集体对林权流转进行正确引导等政策建议。Based on the sample survey data from 114 forest farmer households in Ninghua County of Fujian since the reform of collective forest property right system, the main factors that affected the behavior selection of farmers＇ forestland circulation were quantitatively analyzed, and the direction and extent of influence were separately discussed. The results showed that the influencing factors of farmers＇ willingness to circulate forestland included farmers＇ internal factors and external factors. Then, on the basis of the analysis, the countermeasures were put forward including encouraging village collectives to establish forestry producers＇ cooperatives, encouraging forestry-related enterprises to cooperate with farmers, strengthening the construction and promotion of forest property right exchange market and SO on.
