摘 要:为实现微带天线在相控阵天线的工程应用,文中提及一种具备相控阵天线特性的微带天线。该微带天线采用双层微带贴片结构,同时以同轴探针背馈于微带贴片的特殊方式,此微带天线具备宽频带、宽波束、宽扫描角等特性且易加工制造,适合应用于相控阵天线。同时,以此微带天线为天线单元仿真设计了11×11微带阵列天线,经加工装配,最后对此实物进行测试。测试结果表明此天线具备如下性能:在±50°扫描范围内,阵中单元有源驻波小于2.5的带宽超过26%;单元方向图半功率波束宽度约为100°。For the application of microstrip antenna in phased array, a broadband miniaturized microstrip antenna with phased array was proposed. The microstrip antenna in this paper adopts double-layer mierostrip structure with coaxial probe rear feeding it. The antenna pos- sesses wide bandwidth, wide beam-width, wide scanning angle and easy to process and manufacture. The microstrip patch with these char- acteristics is suitable for application of phased array antenna. Finally, A 11 × 11 microstrip array with the element mentioned above has been designed, fabricated and tested. The measurement results show that : the bandwidth with active VSWR below 2. 5 takes over 26% within ±50 degree scanning; Element pattern half-power beamwidth is about 100 degree.
