摘  要:测定了河南省主要人工养殖水产动物Hg、Cd、Pb、As和Cr的含量,并根据单因子污染指数评价法对河南省主要人工养殖水产动物的品质进行质量安全评价。结果表明,8种河南省主要人工养殖水产动物的所有样品中均检出Pb和Cr,但均未检出Cd。在鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)、鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)、克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkia)和青虾(Macrobranchium nipponense)中检出Hg,检出率分别为10.6%、7.1%、33.3%和11.1%。在鲤鱼(Cyprinus carpio)、鲫鱼(Carassius auratus)、克氏原螯虾(Procambarus clarkia)、青虾(Macrobranchium nipponense)、白鲢(Hypophtyalmichthys molitrix)和鳙鱼(Aristechthys nobilis)中检出As,检出率分别为3.5%、2.4%、16.0%、13.3%、9.0%和5.5%。单因子污染指数评价法表明,8种河南省主要人工养殖水产动物均受到不同程度的Pb污染,鲫鱼、白鲢和鳙鱼受到了轻度的As污染。This paper measured the concentration of heavy metal (Hg,Cd,Pb,As,Cr) in the main breed aquatic ani- mals in Henan province and used the single factor pollution index to assess the quality and safety of the main breed aquatic animals in Henan province. The results showed that all samples of the main breed aquatic animals in Henan province were detected by Pb and Cr, but no Cd. Hg was detected in Cyprinus carpio, Carassius auratus, Procamba- rus clarkia,Macrobranchium nipponense, the detection rate was respectively 10.6% ,7.1% ,33.3% and 11.1%. As was detected in Cyprinus carpio, Carassius auratus, Procambarus clarkia, Macrobranchium nipponense, Hypo- phtyalmichthys molitrix,Aristechthys nobilis, the detection rate was respectively 3.5% ,2.4% ,16.0% ,13.3% ,9. 0% and 5.5%. The assessment by the single factor pollution index showed that all the main breed aquatic animals in Henan province were moderatly or badly polluted by Pb. Carassius auratus ,Hypophtyalmichthys molitrix and Aris- techthys nobilis were mildly polluted by As.
