摘　　要：通过对癌症晚期患者的心理护理，结合基本护理和临床治疗，延长患者生存时间。我们认为护理程序有助于正确评估晚期癌症治疗，并能有计划，有目的地施以护理，护士在晚期癌症治疗中起着重作用。提高护士对晚期癌症患者处理知识、心理护理、癌症护理技巧十分重，同时动员社会力量关怀癌症患者及其家属共同参与，这对于提高癌症患者舒适程度，生活质量及生存期具有积极意义。through the psychological care for terminal cancer patients, in combination with the basic nursing and clinical treatment, prolong survival time. We think can help correct assessment advanced cancer treatment, nursing process and be able to plan, purposefully to care, nurses play an important role in advanced cancer treatment. Improve the nurse treatment in patients with advanced cancer knowledge, psychological nursing, cancer care skills is very important, at the same time, mobilize social forces participation, care for cancer patients and their families, the comfort level for improving cancer patients, the quality of life and survival has positive significance.
