小切口钢板加压螺栓内固定对跟骨关节内移位性骨折的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨跟骨关节内移位性骨折应用小切12钢板加压螺栓内固定治疗的临床效果。方法选取2013年3月-2014年3月收治的跟骨关节内移位性骨折患者72例为研究对象，通过随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，每组36例，对照组行闭合撬拨复位经皮螺钉内固定治疗，观察组行小切口钢板加压螺栓内固定治疗，观察两组患者关节功能恢复情况，关节活动范围改善情况及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者治疗前AOFAS评分无明显差异（P〉0．05），治疗后均有改善，观察组治疗后AOFAS评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗前关节活动范围无明显差异，治疗后均有改善，观察组治疗后Bohler角与Gissane角均明显大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组并发症发生率为5．56％，同对照组19．44％比较，明显较低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于跟骨关节内移位性骨折患者，应用小切口钢板加压螺栓内固定治疗，疗效确切，可有效促进关节功能恢复，且安全性高，值得推广。objective to discuss the application with a displaced fracture of the joint in small incision plate pressure bolt the clinical effect of internal fixation treatment. Conclusion for with a displaced fracture of the joint in patients, application of small incision plate pressure bolt fixation treatment, curative effect, can effectively promote the joint function recovery, and high safety, is worth promoting.
