高校实验室安全准入制度初探

摘　　要：近年来,高校实验室事故频发,严重影响了教学和科研秩序,造成了人员伤亡和国家财产损失。安全制度不完善导致高校实验室安全事故频发。该文在借鉴国内外推行实验室安全准入制度现状的基础上,对高校建立安全准入制度进行了初探,提出建立完善的实验室安全管理制度、加强实验室管理人员的培训、进而分层次设立实验室安全准入制,对于降低实验室事故发生、保障社会安定有着积极的意义。In recent years,the accident frequency in the university laboratory, which seriously affects the teaching and scientific research order,has caused the casualties and the loss of national property. The faultiness of security system caused frequent safely accidents in colleges and universities. This paper analyses the establishment of the system access system according to the study of laboratory at home and abroad. Then, it proposes the building of safety system of management of laboratory,the training of administrator and the establishment of safety access system into various levers.Laboratory safety access system has positive significance for reducing the occurrence of accidents and ensuring social stability.
