摘　　要：葛洲坝航区是长江的咽喉,突发污染事故将造成无法估量的严重后果。通过分析找出了易引发突发污染事故的原因,针对船舶防污染及事故污染应急工作内容、面临的困难、问题和未来发展趋势提出了污染事故应急处理预案、应急监测能力建设、应急监测队伍建设、重点源数据库及化学品安全技术、污应急监测培训与应急演练、应急指挥系统、应急监视系统、应急处理中心、应急处理系统等对策与措施,构建了葛洲坝航区突发污染事故应急系统体系。The gezhouba dam area is the throat of the Yangtze river,sudden pollution accident will cause serious consequences incalculable.Through the analysis to find the causes of sudden pollution accident,for ship pollution prevention and pollution accident emergency work contents,difficulties and problems and future development trends put forward the pollution accident emergency plan,emergency monitoring,emergency monitoring ability construction team construction,focus on the source database andchemical safety technology training and emergency drills,pollution emergency monitoring,and emergency command system,emergency monitoring,emergency processing center,countermeasures and measures such as emergency response system,compose built area of gezhouba dam sudden pollution accident emergency system.
