摘 要:本论文的主要内容是以山羊皮为试验对象,研究了树脂鞣剂、改性戊二醛、明矾和铬的结合鞣法。在定量研究的基础上,从中找出鞣剂ART、甲醛改性戊二醛、明矾和铬的最佳用量分别为酸皮重的1.0%、0.8%、1.0%、0.8%,使预鞣坯革收缩温度Ts达95℃。这种坯革适宜制造鞋面革,尤其是浅色革和白色革。经铬、白色合成鞣剂复鞣后,可以制出白度高达90、Ts为95℃、耐光性优良、切口接近纯白的白色鞋面革。ART modified glntaraldehyde, alum and Cr_2O_3 combined tanning have been studied. It shows that ART 1.0 per cent, formicaldehyde modified GA 0.8 per cent, alum 1.0 per cent and Cr_2O_3 0.8 per cent tanning and then Cr_2O_3 0.5 per cent, white system retanning can work out light fast white shoe upper leather which whiteness is 90. Finished leather has fine grain, clear pore, well elasticity, medium tonch feeting and flatness crackiless, looseless grain.Except low content of Cr_2O_3, physical and chemical character approach the standard SG 360—84 which was promnlgated by Light Department. The content of Cr_2O_3 in tanning process waste water only 0.26g/l, reaching the standard of draining waste water It can sare red vitriod more than 60 per cent, rednce cost and pollution.
