电铲在凹陷露天矿深部开采，狭小工作平盘采掘方法的改进

摘　　要：白云铁矿是一座生产近50年的大型露天矿山，分为主矿和东矿两大采场，主矿采场的封闭圈1626现已进入凹陷露天矿深部开采，随着采场延深受采场空间狭窄限制，工作平盘的宽度较以前大为减小，爆堆宽度等于工作平盘宽度，在狭小空间将工作平盘采尽，提高运矿汽车与电铲采掘效率，成为我们目前生产中遇到的一个新课题，即改变电铲采掘作业方式，将传统的反“C”字型采掘，改为创新的“y”字型采掘。Baiyunebo iron mine is a large open pit mining for 50 yeats, including main iron ore and east mine, the closed ring 1626 of main mine stope has reached in deep mining in open pit mines now, with the limit of the narrow mining space, Working berm width is much more reduced, blasting pile width equal to the working berm width, mining at the working berrn thoroughly, improving the eflficiency of the tmck and excavator mining, has become a new topic that we encountered in the production, that is changing the mining method to the excvavtor Works,changing the traditional mining method of anti - ＂C＂ type mining to innovation ＂Y＂ type mining.
