官民互动促进群众体育组织化推进——永新老年体育的个案考察

摘　　要：该文以永新官方和民间力量的互动为主线,从组织建设、资源获取、与活动开展相互促进的综合视角,对永新县域老年体育发展个案的梳理和剖析。认为永新老年体育组织化推进中官民互动包括官促民动、民间联动和民动官助三个层次:官促民动带动了体育组织网络的构建,民间联动促进了体育组织实力增强,民动官助促进了组织活动持续深入开展。揭示官民互动促进群众体育组织化推进的基本经验与启示,为群众体育组织的培育、管理等实践活动提供参考。Based on the interaction between Yongxin official and folk strength as the main line,this paper review and analysis the case of elderly sports development in Yongxin？ County from comprehensive perspective of organization building,resources access,and activities carry out mutually reinforcing. It hold that Yongxin aged sports organization promoting between officials and people including three levels：the first step is official promote people moving,which led to the construction of the sports organization network s the second step is folk interaction, which enhance the strength of sports organization ~ the third step is people move and the government help,which promote the organization activities carry out continually.Summarizes the basic experience and enlightenment of interaction between officials and the people to promote mass sports organization.
