竞赛规则的演变对自由式轮滑运动发展的影响

摘　　要：自由式轮滑竞赛规则是进行自由式轮滑竞赛的前提和基础,俗话说:"无规矩不成方圆",竞赛规则是自由式轮滑得以顺利开展和发扬的关键。自由式轮滑竞赛规则的变化将直接影响到该项目运动技术动作和技术风格的发展方向,将直接左右到裁判的评判标准,将会改变教练员的训练方法和手段。该文通过对自由式轮滑竞赛规则发展变化的研究,探索自由式轮滑运动发展的方向,针对花式绕桩、花式刹车和速度过桩三个子项目提出有利于自由式轮滑运动发展的建议。Freestyle skating competition rules is the premise and foundation of the freestyle slalom competition. As the saying goes： ＂no rules no games＂, competition rules is the key to the freestyle skating to conduct and develop smoothly. Freestyle skating competition rule changes directly affect the techniques and the development direction of technical style, will directly influence the referee＇s evaluation criteria, will change coaches＇ training methods. By studying the development of Freestyle Skating Competition Rules change and to explore the freestyle skating movement development direction, and in view of the freestyle slalom, speed slalom freestyle slides components to put forward the proposals for freestyle skating sports development.
