犯规战术在篮球防守快攻中的运用研究

摘　　要：篮球运动在当今世界范围内广泛受到人们的喜爱,篮球运动有着庞大的群众基础和不断增长的发展速度。篮球比赛不仅仅是技术、体能、心理的较量,也是战术和策略的互相比拼。篮球攻防体系两端是不断相互制约发展的,防守历来在竞技篮球中占有重要的位置,"表演靠进攻,赢球靠防守"是篮球界公认的理念。目前,犯规战术在竞技篮球中应用广泛。该研究主要以防守快攻中的犯规战术为例,对犯规战术在篮球比赛中的运用进行探讨和分析,以期为篮球基层教练员的执教和教学提供指导。Basketball movement range widely loved by the people in today＇s world,basketball＇s mass base is huge and growing speed of development. The basketball match is not only a technical, physical,psychological,and tactics and strategy of competing with each other.BasketbaU is constrained continuous development on both ends of the offensive and defensive system, defense has always occupies an important position in the competitive basketball,＂acting on offense and defense against winning＂ is recognized as basketball＇s philosophy. At present, the foul has been widely applied in athletic basketball. This research mainly in the defensive and offensive foul tactics,for example, use of foul tactics in baskethail competition carries on the discussion and analysis, in order to basketball coaches coach at the grass--roots level, and provide guidance in teaching.
