摘　　要：该文认为湖南省公共体育服务体系能够有效运行机制需要四个大主体的共同作用和影响,其中包括政府,非政府组织,企业,社区居民。构建湖南省公共体育服务体系能够有效运行的机制,能够促使我国建立和完善公共体育服务体系,为其有效运行和管理创新提供参考,同时,它也推动我国公共体育服务体系建立和发展以及全民健身运动以及国民身体素质提升具有重大的实践意义。this paper argues that public sports service system can effectively operation mechanism of hunan province need mutual effect and influence of the main four big, including government, non--governmental organizations, enterprises, community residents. In hunan province, effective operation mechanism of the public sports service system for our country to establish and perfect the effective operation of public sports service system and provide reference for management innovation, at the same time, it also promote the public sports service system for the establishment and development of our country and the national fitness campaign and the national physical quality is of great practical significance.
