健康体检路径在体检科护理服务中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检路径在体检护理服务中的应用价值。方法以2014年2月—2015年2月在该院体检科进行健康体检的110例受检者为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。观察组给予健康体检路径检查,对照组给予传统健康体检,比较两组受检者体检效果。结果观察组体检时间为(62.5±13.8)min,明显少于对照组(78.6±15.3)min(P<0.05);观察组体检质量、体检者满意度、服务礼仪得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康体检路径在健康体检中能够明显加快体检速度,提高工作效率和受检者满意度,值得推广。Objective The application value of health check-up way in the physical examination nursing service is discussed. Methods 110 people who were checked up in the physical examination department in our hospital from Feb, 2014 to Feb, 2015 were taken as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group with 55 people in each group. Health check-up way was given to the observation and traditional health check-up to the control group. The physical examination effect of the two groups was compared. Results The physical examination time of the observation group was （62.5±13.8）min., which was obviously less than （78.6±15.3） min of the control group （P〈0.05）. The health quality, satisfaction of the checked up people and service etiquette score in observation group were apparently higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The health check-up way can obviously speed up the examination, improve work efficiency and satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and popularization.
