肺源性心脏病领域中康复护理教育的意义及其影响

摘　　要：目的探究多种形式康复护理教育对肺源性心脏病患者所产生的影响。方法对该院2013年4月—2015年6月期间收治的180例肺源性心脏病患者进行研究,随机将其分为观察组以及对照组进行教育护理方法的比较,各组患者为90例。在对照组中需要将常规健康教育模式应用到康复护理中,在观察组中需要将多种形式应用到康复护理中,比较教育之后的康复效果。结果通过研究之后证实,多种形式康复护理后其护理效果以及护理满意度均高于常规护理方法,组间以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论对肺源性心脏病患者采用康复护理教育后,可以有效的提升其自身的保健水平,同时还能够提升患者遵医嘱的行为,减少了患者的恢复时间,提升其治疗依从性。Objective To explore various forms of rehabilitation nursing education on the impact of cor pulmonale patients after education. Methods In our hospital during the period of April 2013 - June 2015 study of 180 patients with cor pul-monale were treated, in the process of studying the randomly divided into observation group and control group are compared, and education of nursing method of each group of 90 patients with. Need to be in the control group routine health education model is applied to the rehabilitation nursing, the observation group in the need to apply a variety of forms to rehabilitation nursing, rehabilitation after the comparative education effect. Results After the study confirmed that various kinds of rehabilita-tion nursing after the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction were higher than routine nursing methods, between group P〈0.05 for differences, statistically significant.Conclusion After the rehabilitation nursing education in patients with cor pulmonale, can effectively enhance the level of their own health and can also improve the behavior of the patients were prescribed at the same time, after education, to reduce the patient＆#39;s recovery time, improve the treatment compliance.
