贵州省全球基金结核病项目流动人口防治实施效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析贵州省全球基金流动人口结核病防治项目患者发现和治疗转归结果 ,评价项目实施效果。方法收集项目地区2009年第4季度—2013年第2季度全球基金流动人口结核病项目季度报表、"中国疾病预防控制分布式应用系统—结核病管理信息系统"中记录的除项目地区外的86个县(市、区)登记的流动人口肺结核患者信息进行汇总分析。结果 2个项目县项目执行期间共登记702例活动性肺结核患者,登记率18/10万,其中262例为涂阳肺结核患者,登记率6.7/10万。同期全省除项目地区外的86个县共登记2716例活动性肺结核患者,登记率1.8/10万,其中889例为涂阳肺结核患者,登记率0.6/10万。经统计,项目地区活动性肺结核患者和涂阳肺结核患者登记情况显著高于非项目地区;同时项目地区患者治疗成功显著高于非项目地区,未登记转归信息的情况显著低于非项目地区。结论贵州省全球基金流动人口结核病防治项目取得了较好的防治效果,提高了患者的发现水平及治疗成功水平。Objective To analyze and evaluate the implementation of Guizhou migrant population prevention in global fund tuberculosis. Methods Global fund migrant population tuberculosis project reports from the fourth quarter of 2009 to the second quarter of 2013, and “China disease prevention and control distributed application system - tuberculosis manage-ment system” in the project area were collected and analyzed. Results During the project implementation, there were 702 cases of patients with active tuberculosis registered, with registration rate of 18/100,000, of which 262 cases were smear-positive patients, with registration rate of 6.7/100,000.During the same period, there were 2716 cases of patients with active tuberculosis registered in the 86 counties besides the project area, with registration rate of 1.8/100,000, of which 889 smear-positive patients, with registration rate of 0.6/100,000.Therefore, the active tuberculosis difference P=0.000, while smear-positive tuberculosis difference P=0.000;the difference was significant. The registration rate of patients in the project area was significantly higher than non-project area. During the implementation period, treatment success difference of pro-ject area and non-project area P=0.000, no outcome difference P=0.000, with significant difference. The treatment successes of the project areas were significantly higher than the non-project areas, while the unregistered outcome was significantly lower than non-project areas. Conclusion Guizhou migrants global fund tuberculosis program has achieved good control ef-fect and improved the discovery and treatment level of the pa-tients.
