摘　　要：目的探讨影响敦化市流行性出血热发病的因素,为制定防护措施,提供可靠的理论依据。方法调查采用2012年1月—2014年12月3年流行性出血热病例73例采取病例对照研究方法的统计分析方法:进行单因素及多因素条件logistic回归分析,使用的指标:OR值,95%可信限及P值。结果流行性出血热是由鼠类为主要传染源的自然疫源性疾病,积极灭鼠并降低鼠密度是降低和控制流行性出血热发病的有效手段,但是人群的卫生知识水平、鼠类及与流行性出血热病例接触史、职业和劳动保护措施以及人群身体免疫水平的高低这5个因素是流行性出血热发病主要相关联因素。结论流行性出血热与人群的卫生知识水平、鼠类及与流行性出血热病例接触史、职业和劳动保护措施以及人群身体免疫水平的高低这5个因素主要相关联,只有在重点人群提高和以上危险相关主要因素的保护措施,才能降低流行性出血热的发病水平。Objective To investigate the factors that affect the incidence of epidemic hemorrhagic fever in Dunhua, and to provide reliable theoretical basis for making protective measures. Methods To investigate the epidemic hemorrhagic fever cases in three years from 2012 to 2014 control study method, statistical analysis methods：univariate and multivariate condi-tional logistic regression analysis, index, or values and 95% confidence interval and P value. Results of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome （HFRS） although by rodents as the main source of infection of disease of natural focus actively derati-zation and reduce rat density is reduced and the effective means to control the epidemic hemorrhagic fever （EHF）, but pop-ulation health knowledge level, rodents and case contact history, occupation and work dynamic protection measures and the population level of the body＇s immune level of the five factors of epidemic hemorrhagic fever （EHF） related factors. Con-clusions Epidemic haemorrhage heats up with the crowd health knowledge level, rats and mice, and history of contact with the cases of epidemic hemorrhagic fever, profession and level of labor protection measures and the body＇s immune crowd these five factors, associated only with key populations increase and risk factors or relevant protection measures, to reduce the incidence of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.
