摘  要:目的:主要是探讨健康宣教的沟通方式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)老年患者吸氧依从性的影响。以便有针对性地提供适合于老年患者需求和特点的健康教育方法,以达到健康教育的实效性,提高老年患者的健康管理能力,从而减少老年患者呼吸道疾病的复发,提高生活质量。方法随机将60~85岁COPD吸氧患者514例分为AB两组,即A组265例为实验组,该组采用该文探讨的宣教方式给予吸氧指导。B组249例为对照组,该组采用常规性宣教方式。最后统计两组病员平均吸氧时间;每日吸氧≥15 h人数;每日吸氧≤12 h人数;对吸氧宣教的四个内容叙述正确的个数统计。结果实验组平均吸氧时间高于对照组7.4 h/d。结论针对老年COPD患者吸氧的健康教育,特殊的沟通方式能提高COPD吸氧患者的吸氧依从性,使缺氧症状得到及时改善,延缓肺功能下降,从而提高生活质量。Objective Purpose is to explore health education means of communication in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) elderly oxygen adherence. To provide suitable for elderly patients with a targeted requirements and characteristics of health education method, in order to achieve the effect of health education, improve the ability of health management of elderly patients, thereby reducing the recurrence of elderly patients with respiratory diseases, improve the quality of life. Methods Random 60~85 COPD patients with oxygen, 514 cases of AB divides into two groups, namely 265 cases as experimental group A and group USES this article discusses the way of education to guide oxygen. Group B 249 cases as control group, the group adopted routine mission. The statistical average oxygen time two groups of patient;Number of daily oxygen 〉 15 hours; Daily oxygen 〈 12 hours.The correct statistics of the four contents of the education of oxygen inhalation. Results The experimental group average oxygen time higher than control group in 7.4 hours/day. Con-clusion For elderly patients with COPD health education of oxygen, the special way of communication among people with COPD can improve oxygen oxygen adherence, oxygen deficient symptoms improved in a timely manner, delay lung function decline, thus improve the quality of life.
